Saturdays are meant for adventure! Try a new kind of workout class or go for a hike on a wooded trail. There are a variety of classes offered at different places that feature fun, fast paced dance/aerobic classes that get your body moving, your soul flying and put some fun into the weekend. Look at how good those celebrities look on 'Dancing with the star', or 'So you think you can dance'. It's hard work! It strengthens your core ( all that twisting of your hips is stabilized through a strong core), increases your metabolism, and lightens your spirit ( that's worth more than can be measured!). Try the cha-cha or any Latin rhythm dances. Don't worry about knowing the steps...just shake your hips, and smile!!!
